We came here twice in one day because the food was excellent and the service was even better. It felt like a cozy pizza place with upscale food. We had pepperoni and pear and walnut salad for lunch. And came back to have spinach and artichoke dip and ravioli and a house salad for dinner. Two different servers, both attentive and efficient and friendly. All the food was flavorful and fresh and we ate every bite. We might have fought over the last ravioli since we split everything. I let my wife win, don't let her tell you any different!
This is a perfect place to grab lunch while on the mountain at palisades! We had a perfect lunch with a large group. They have ample seating and wonderful service! Was not too busy at approximately 11:30 but as more people came down for lunch, it did pick up. Large pizza was big and fed 3-4 people. The menu does say it has 10 slices but it actually has eight! They were so kind to give some fun toys to our toddlers to keep them entertained while we enjoyed our food! We will be stopping to get this delicious pizza next ski trip Also, their fountain drinks & water cups are very large, which was so appreciated!!
Great place for lunch or dinner if you are staying in the village. We went there last night for drinks and pizza. Great place for a causal place after whole day of skiing. The pizza menu is extensive, The service was friendly and quick. Decor is chic and yet inviting. I would definitely go back whenever I visit squaw village :-)
Jacob was an incredible server and a big time part of what made our experience at fireside pizza a great one! We were a huge group, on New Year's Day and the guy handled our table (including 6 kiddos) like an absolute champ! Will definitely be coming back. Thank you Jacob!!!
We ordered 2 large pizzas. - Half Fireside, Half Hawaiian - Half BBQ chicken, Half Thai Curry Chicken The pizzas were all very tasty. The base was not too thick or thin. The Thai curry chicken was unique. The 2 pizzas seemed a little pricey at $37 each, but they were very good so I thought it was worth it. Our server was friendly and prompt with our order, recommendations and water. I think she was very busy because she didn't give us enough napkins to start and forgot to bring more napkins and a to go box when we asked. Good food, friendly service. I would come back again.

Try this and you will thank me! We ordered two medium pizzas, the Blanco and the Hawaiian with Red Onion, the Classic Caesar and Four Cheese Ravioli with Italian Sausage. Everything was so good! The pizza was thin and tasty. The pasta had the best flavor. The salad was fresh. This restaurant does not have their alcohol license to have a full bar so they only make certain drinks. The restaurant was clean and the decor was nice!
After reading several reviews, decided to try Fireside. The positive reviews are legit. After a warm welcome, we were immediately seated. Less than a minute later, Emma brought us menus and took our drink order. We shared their House Favorite medium pizza. Delicious! Basically an explosion of flavors that reminded us of pizza we had in Italy. A boatload of ingredients translates into a hearty pizza. Bring an appetite. Good service. Good food. Good beer. This establishment is a winner! Cheers!
